Discount codes issued due to sizing or fit are non-refundable. Items bought using such codes are final sale.

We aim to display product colors and materials as accurately as possible, but screen settings can affect how they appear.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.
Each item is handmade, and small natural variations may occur. These are not defects, but part of the individuality of each piece.

DELIVERY

If your package is not picked up within 14 days and is returned to us, we may charge a 50% restocking fee.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, first check with your local delivery provider. If confirmed lost in transit, provide documentation and we will assist.

We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered, but we are happy to help resolve the issue where possible.

RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging included.
You are responsible for return shipping.
Returns are processed at our fulfillment center in Asia.

To start a return, email us at support@morgans-jewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

Orders are processed promptly once payment is confirmed.
Please double-check your order details before submitting.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters the shipping process, we may not be able to modify it.

FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

It’s your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot issue a refund. However, we can resend it once a correct address is provided.

We are not liable for shipping delays outside our control.

RESHIPMENT POLICY

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Please email us with order details and photo/video evidence if available.
Once a resolution has been issued (replacement or partial refund), no further compensation will be offered for the same issue.

PART 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.
