How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

After that, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting our final collection.


Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your piece has been packaged and handed off for shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.


What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction means everything to us.
If you’re not fully happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible:

  • The piece must be unworn

  • All original packaging must be included

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.
We’re proud to ship Morgans Jewelry worldwide. Shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location.
If you're outside our main shipping zones and want to place an order, just contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.


How should I care for my silver jewelry?

Each piece is crafted from solid .925 silver and built to last.
To keep it looking its best:

  • Store it in a dry place, ideally in the original box or a soft pouch

  • Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals

  • Gently clean it with a soft polishing cloth to remove tarnish

Can I customize a piece?

At this time, we don’t offer custom designs.
Every item in the final collection was made by hand and released in limited quantities.
That said, if you have something special in mind, you’re welcome to reach out — we’ll gladly let you know if something similar is available.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
You can also check out using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay for a faster experience.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make changes, please email us as soon as possible at support@morgans-jewelry.com.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once it has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
