At Morgans Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every handmade silver piece in our collection. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside this window.

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Each piece is prepared individually, and processing begins shortly after payment.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:

  • Unworn

  • In its original condition

  • Sent back with the original packaging

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@morgans-jewelry.com with your order number and a short explanation.
We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Please note:

  • We do not offer free returns

  • All returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in Asia

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a tracked service.


Refunds

Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Processing Time
Please allow 7 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is posted

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
If you need to exchange a piece for the same item, contact us at support@morgans-jewelry.com, and we’ll assist you with the next steps.
